This company, with the cooperation and under the license of Mitsubishi Japan, started its activity from the assembly stage and gradually, by equipping the facilities and production machines required for self-sufficiency, has been a leader in manufacturing parts for its various products, so that it has two types of threshing products until 1975. You have reached the stage of complete self-sufficiency. Production records in the experience of Stad Iran

Machining workshop

This workshop with 2800 square meters of sheds had special machines for producing Tyler gearbox shells and Tiller engine cylinder blocks, which were decommissioned in 1990 and 1991. Special machines for the production of car brake discs from the German company Weiser, which have been installed since 1986, as well as more than 19 CNC lathes, are currently producing car parts, including first and second gear blanks of Peugeot 405, as well as Tiba, Cranville 405. . Two horizontal spinning machines with two spindles and two Vizer vertical lathes and other additional equipments are being set up in this workshop to equip the Peugeot differential housing machine. Export parts such as industrial valves, bearing shells are also being done in this workshop. The capacity of this workshop is 2,300,000 gear blanks, equivalent to about 3,000 tons of steel and cast iron machining per year

Foundry

Foundry factory has been established since the beginning of Estad Iran Company and is one of the oldest foundry factories in Iran. This factory had a 2 ton and 1 ton furnace and a manual molding and pressing line. Production of parts for Volvo France was established and for various reasons, one of which was a boycott, the project was not produced on time and was ready for production with a delay in late 1992. Disa automatic vertical line with a nominal capacity of 250 molds and 2 tons of melting per hour at present Parts of Pride Flywheel, Peugeot 405 brake disc, Peugeot 206 flywheel, Peugeot 405 high balance cast iron and Arisan gearbox cap are being produced. This line is suitable for mass production of parts up to 12 kg.
Two ABB furnaces with a capacity of 2 tons per hour and a BBC furnace with a capacity of 1 ton per hour as well as an 8 ton maintenance furnace are operating in this factory.
Due to the fact that the production of muscular parts such as air-cooled brake discs as well as housing with horizontal casting machine is done more quickly and accurately, in 1994 the project of installing BMD automatic horizontal line with a capacity of 120 molds and 2 tons per hour was defined and in 1997 The vector has arrived and is currently producing differential housing parts. This line is capable of producing heavier parts up to 20 kg. The foundry has a laboratory and is capable of producing ductile and gray cast iron parts. The capacity of this factory is based on the melting capacity of 8200 tons per year for one shift or 23000 Ton is three shifts a year.

Cylinder head machining production project

With a capacity of 300 units of EF7 aluminum cylinder head or Peugeot family in 4000 meters of shed and 600 meters of warehouse was put into operation in 1996. The capacity of this workshop is 450 EF7 cylinder heads in two shifts and the ability to produce TU5 cylinder heads.
