Foundry factory has been established since the establishment of Estad Iran Company and is one of the oldest foundry factories in Iran. At the beginning of the operation, this factory had 3 ton induction furnaces, network frequency and manual molding line. With the aim of fundamental changes in this factory, the automatic design molding line was launched and reached the operation stage in 2013. 300 molds per hour were set up for the production of auto parts and export to Valle France, but in 1392, due to sanctions, it failed to send export parts, and the production of auto parts was put on the agenda. Peugeot 405 and Samand cast iron balance, Peugeot 405 brake disc and Arisan gearbox cover have been started and are in operation. In order to increase production and its diversity in 1394, the project of installing a line with horizontal degree BMD with a capacity of 100 molds per hour was defined and in 1396 this project was put into operation. In recent years, the issue of production again in order to Export was put on the agenda. In cooperation with Iran Khodro's export department, some castings Export operations such as butterfly valve body and all kinds of pressure plates have started and so far shipments of pressure plates have been exported to Turkey. Cast iron was targeted and their casting began. In addition to automobile parts, the BMD line also plans to produce non-automobile parts and pump parts. Quantummetry, metallography, hardness measurement, wet sand properties, etc. are also used. Also, to ensure the quality of products, precise control over the input raw materials is done in the quality control department. The muscle-building department is responsible for supplying the muscles of the casting lines using the light sand produced by the company itself. The products will be completed. The final product will be sent to the customer with a quality certificate of quality control
